The delivery was 35 min late. The tracking is great but I ended up calling EZ Cater to see what the issue was....the rep was great, refunded the delivery fee and tried to call the driver. The driver didn't answer so I don't know if it was the restaurant, traffic issues or what the problem was for the late delivery.

The food was great but our order was 30 minutes late. The driver admitted this partially their fault, but it was still frustrating for the office.

CHiKN is great! They called to review our order and made a suggestion to order a different item/amount for our group that made our event even better. Food was delicious, and I appreciate how they went above and beyond.
