The food was over an hour late; I had to order food from another place so my employees could continue their meeting. 2nd time I had an issue with CHiK'N. Great food normally in restaurant, just don't get their catering: Unreliable.

would give ZERO stars if I could. Order was to arrive at 11:30am. I called at 11:50am and was told by EZ Cater that the food was not ready when the driver arrived so the driver left no the restaurant has no one to deliver. they actually asked me if I could go pick it up! I should have went with the reviews I saw stating that they were usually late. Our group had NO lunch. Horrible experience. Never again

The delivery was 35 min late. The tracking is great but I ended up calling EZ Cater to see what the issue was....the rep was great, refunded the delivery fee and tried to call the driver. The driver didn't answer so I don't know if it was the restaurant, traffic issues or what the problem was for the late delivery.
