The food quality was excellent, but the delivery service was disappointing. The delivery person requested help carrying the food up, which felt unprofessional given the premium delivery fee we paid for door-to-door service. We had to provide our own cart since they arrived unprepared. After loading the cart, the driver left immediately without offering to help with setup or bringing the food to our location. For the price we're paying, we expected full delivery service including setup.
