They didn't bring our beet salad and didn't tell us it wasn't coming until they were dropping off the food. I reported it to ezcater and the restaurant told them they delivered it to us late, which is not true. We weren't given any credit for the missing item and had to send someone to another restaurant to feed our vegetarians. We used ezcater for the "ez" part. I won't use this vendor again. Having to scramble to feed vegetarians then having to fight to get something we didn't get refunded is really frustrating. I choose this vendor because the beet salad was a nice change for the vegetarians. Had I know that would have been the issue I would have skipped them.
