Great selection of bagels! Only feedback - if they could send a list of the bagel flavors along with the order, that would be helpful - BUT everything was delicious. The cream cheese selection was great, along with the fresh fruit! The office was happy!

Excellent bagels and coffee! The bagels were fresh, the cream cheese varieties were delicious, and the lox spread was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted fresh and high quality. We'll definitely order from Chicago Bagel Authority again!

I've ordered from CBA several times and this will be the last. While not horrible, it was simiply not a good experience. The food was delivered extremely late which pushed back our entire day. Several food items were missing such as Gluten Free bagels so other options had to be purchases to accomidate. The presenation was poor. We also ordered natural peanut butter so quite the upcharge which just ended up being Jif Peanut Butter is a sqeezable bag. The fruit was also hit or miss with some of it being very poor quality that caused us to loose an entire platter.
