Excellent bagels and coffee! The bagels were fresh, the cream cheese varieties were delicious, and the lox spread was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted fresh and high quality. We'll definitely order from Chicago Bagel Authority again!

I've ordered from CBA several times and this will be the last. While not horrible, it was simiply not a good experience. The food was delivered extremely late which pushed back our entire day. Several food items were missing such as Gluten Free bagels so other options had to be purchases to accomidate. The presenation was poor. We also ordered natural peanut butter so quite the upcharge which just ended up being Jif Peanut Butter is a sqeezable bag. The fruit was also hit or miss with some of it being very poor quality that caused us to loose an entire platter.

Love CBA & the packaging of the breakfast bagel sandwiches since the foil helps them stay warm! My only suggestion is to label with the ingredients vs the CBA sandwich name.

Had a good variety of bagels and came with a bakers dozen! We have a toaster in our office and they toasted up great.
