My family and friends eat at Cheffies' two locations regularly. This was the first time I ordered catering for a business meeting. The order was incorrect and late. The delivery driver (via Door Dash) stated that when she arrived at the restaurant, the order was not ready. The staff asked for her phone to verify what the order should have been so that they could make it. They still got it wrong. EZ Cater contacted me twice the evening before because Cheffies had questions about customization of the sandwiches. The salad and toppings were correct but there were no serving utensils included. The sandwiches were not prepared per the order that was submitted. Still in the end, the meeting attendees were able to enjoy the salad bar and sandwiches as no one knew about the mishaps except the admin team. I am hesitant to order catering again but my family and I have eaten at both locations on two separate ocassions since September 24th and each time all was well.
