Pros: On time Solid portion sizes Chafing dishes included Good variety of chips Nice set up and display Food was labeled, so staff didn’t interrupt details to ask repeatedly Cons Sauces were different than those ordered, but the office wouldn’t have known. Both chicken and beef were in same dish, while not an issue in this office, had there been an alpha gal allergy it would have been a big problem.
