The food was delicious, and our team loves Chaia! However, we were disappointed that the vegan enchilada order was mixed up with the regular enchilada tray. We have vegan team members and intentionally order from restaurants that offer options for them. When their food is missing, they are unfortunately left out of the experience. We hope greater care can be taken with dietary orders in the future.

Food arrived at the perfect temperature with the requested serving materials. The driver even came prepared with a cart to move the delivery inside in one trip. I will note one tray of the vegan/vegetarian tacos were labeled as "chicken". Overall, guests really enjoyed the food and the coconut/cinnamon cookies were surprisingly delicious.
