My team generally loves Chaia. Some meat lover and protein people get grumpy though. I was disappointed when making an order of 48 tacos that I only got two kinds (Chia has at least three if not, four kinds). Also, the sides are too large. The black beans and the rice say that they serve six people and that’s really misleading because people just put a little scoop of each on their plate. I would love it if they offered half sized orders of those items as we had a ton of food waste. I would also like Chaia to offer something more protein dense so I could appease my meat lovers. As the menu is right now, I get too many complaints and/or people chosing not to eat with the group (opting out of the team lunch) because it isn't meeting their needs. I love the food - just think something like a breakfast taco (black beans and egg) could make Chaia more palatable for the protein folks.

Chaia Tacos has the best presentation when it comes to their catering. The Black Bean Enchiladas are to die for. The portions are spot-on, but your team will still go back for seconds. This is our go-to when we want to spoil attendees. The menu is plant based but still manages to be a crowd pleaser.

Our team loves everything about Chaia. Nachos and hibiscus tea were huge favorites! Tacos were amazing as usual. We love your packaging as well!

This was the most perfect order. Chaia requires a certain willingness to experiment, but everything was delicious, fresh, and so neatly packaged. Really appreciate the recyclable packaging and the excellent communication from EzCater and the restaurant regarding substituting sweets.
