My experience with Chai Thai Noodles was unfortunately not a positive one. The issues stemmed from both the delivery process and the food itself. The delivery driver entered my phone number incorrectly while attempting to reach me. As a result, the driver returned the food to the restaurant instead of completing the delivery. To make matters worse, the restaurant never proactively contacted me with an update. I had to call twice just to find out what was happening with my order. Before placing the order, I called the restaurant to confirm the Curry dishes would include a variety of proteins (at least two). I was assured that they would, however, when the food finally arrived, all 3 Curry dishes were vegetarian/Tofu. Overall, the combination of delivery issues, lack of communication and inaccurate description of the food package resulted in a very frustrating experience. I will not order from Chai Thai Noodles in the future.

Food was good but we didn’t get the sauce delivered until an hour later and everyone already ate.

Food was excellent! The entire office loved it! Placing another order with them. They are definitely going to be in regular rotation. Only problem was the delivery driver. He dropped off the food in the wrong location.
