I used CERA for the first time to cater a large lunch for about 90 people at a medical office, based on the office’s recommendation. We ordered six large sandwich trays, three salads, and drinks. The food was a big hit. The sandwiches were excellent across the board—really flavorful, with great variety and outstanding bread. The salads also looked great, and I heard positive feedback on the dressings. Everything was well packaged, and they included plates, serving utensils, and other essentials, which made setup easy. They did forget one tray of sandwiches, but the restaurant corrected it quickly and got it to me as soon as possible. My one tip for future orders would be to build in a little extra delivery buffer. I scheduled this order for 15 minutes before I needed it, and while it arrived on time, it was a bit close for comfort. Overall, the food quality was excellent, and even with the minor hiccup, I’d absolutely order from CERA again.
