The food from Central BBQ was good. I especially enjoyed the ribs and baked beans. When I first saw the mac, I was like why is it so white; however, it was not bad. The green beans could certainly have used more seasoning. The original BBQ sauce is very tasty. I also ordered the mustard BBQ sauce as well, but it was left off my order. Overall, I enjoyed this spot and would return for ribs and baked beans specifically .
