We ordered the Build-Your-Own Fajitas (with chicken and steak, plus guacamole) along with Watermelon Juice and Spinach-Cucumber Juice from Casa Maguey, and it was a fantastic experience. The fajita trays were generous and well-packaged, making setup simple and efficient. Both the chicken and steak were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the addition of guacamole was fresh and creamy, definitely a crowd favorite. Having the build-your-own option worked great for our group and allowed everyone to customize their plate. The watermelon juice was refreshing and lightly sweet, while the spinach-cucumber juice was crisp and energizing, both were a nice complement to the meal. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Overall, it was a smooth catering experience, and we would happily order from them again for a team lunch.
