Last minute lunch order and food was fantastic!

I recently used Carmine's for a catered office lunch and was disappointed with the overall experience. The delivery instructions asked the driver to call upon arrival, but he spent time driving around the parking lot before eventually contacting me. There was also confusion because the order was marked as delivered before it actually arrived. The food quality and portions were also below expectations. We ordered catering for 30 people, and while everyone was able to eat, there was barely enough food for the advertised number of guests. The sandwiches were cut into very small portions, and the cheesesteaks were dry with very little cheese. I hope Carmine's will review its delivery procedures, portion sizing, and food quality to provide a better catering experience in the future.

I didn't have enough food. I ordered for 30 people and ran out of sandwiches after 19 people signed for lunch. The sandwiches were not full size and only got 10 sandwiches to serve 10 people. Most people took two which I believe was acceptable. A serving of 10 on the menu definitely didn't serve 10 people. The food was good, but not enough. I ordered salad for 20 and had a little leftover.

They did a great job! Everyone enjoyed the food and they were happy! I love it when they come up for an option! You can count on them to make it a great spead!
