Carmen's Tamales is my favorite place to order from. All the food is so fresh! They package it all neatly and labeled so we don't have to guess what everything is. They are always on time too!

We fed 55 people with a taco bar, we got the grilled steak, grilled chicken, carnitas, chile lime shrimp, and fajita peppers to fulfill all our different guests dietary needs and all of it was delicious. I personally tried the steak and carnitas and loved them both, great flavor and not dry. All of the food we got except the flour tortillas were gluten free and clearly marked as GF, and that was very appreciated as we had several guests with serious gluten intolerance so the clarity was great for their peace of mind. The toppings the taco bar comes with were great as well, it was a really good value. Highly recommend!!
