I made the mistake and assumed that their entrées automatically came with rice. Once at the lunch, I was notified that they were missing sides, and I had to go to the restaurant to retrieve the rice. They were the nicest people and were so patient with me despite me being grumpy that day! Their food is absolutely delicious

Caribbean Twist is great and gave me their phone number instead of having to go through ezcater next time. Definitely call them, great people to work with.
