Cookies arrived on-time, but many were in pieces. The number of cookies we received was correct, but they didn't include any of the oatmeal raisin that I ordered- seems they just replaced them with chocolate chip without telling us.

Extremely disappointing. Unresponsive until after my scheduled delivery time. EzCater was gracious enough to contact me to try to help with my order because the store was unresponsive. Order arrived 30 minutes late with 50 of the individual cookie bags not properly wrapped. Not a lot of care was taken and it showed.

We had a bad experience with this restaurant last time but they have since really stepped it up. The cookies were on time and FRESH. everyone really enjoyed them and they were the perfect addition to our event
