The pizza arrived on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it was cold by the time it got to me, which was disappointing. Even so, it was still tasty and had good flavor. If it had arrived hot, I would have enjoyed it much more. Overall, decent experience, but the temperature of the food needs improvement.

The sandwiches were very good and flavorful. However, the chips were packaged together with the hot sandwiches, and by the time we ate them, the chips had lost their crispness. The panini sandwiches also were not as crispy as expected because of the packaging. I would recommend using separate packaging for the hot sandwiches and chips to help maintain the quality and texture of both. Overall, the food tasted great, but the packaging could be improved.
