So, the service needs to be a bit more user friendly. I placed the order online asking for 70 individually boxed meals. When the food arrived, it was in big trays, which was not individually packaged. We work in an office and individually packaged meals makes it easier to have people get the food and go. I got the initial confirmation that the Caterer accepted my order, but I never received the second confirmation stating that they would make the order and have it to me at my scheduled time. I called EzCater and they said that they were trying to get in touch with the caterer and get that second confirmation. ***The food was exceptional and everyone loved the change in the same old, same old. Just wish the process for re-confirmation and less anxiety for me making sure that my team had lunch would have been a bit better. Hopefully they can make changes to give the customer that piece of mind that they will receive the lunches. Overall food was great and it was on time.
