This was not my first order from here. And to be honest I was disappointed. I had placed an order for 11am delivery- by 11:45 the cupcakes were not here, and we had not received any notification as to why. After I called to track it down, I was told the driver would be here shortly. When he arrived, there was no apology fo rbeing late, and two of the boxes had cupcakes that were turned upside down and unable to be served.

The cupcakes were incredible and help make a birthday very special. Thank you! The driver was late and non-communicative unfortunately.

These were hands down the best cupcakes we’ve ever had at a warehouse function! Super fresh, moist, and full of flavor. Everyone on the team was asking where they came from and going back for seconds. Perfect treat for the crew! Next time we will order more!!

My Cami Cupcakes was disappointing. The presentation of some of the cupcakes was poor, some of the cupcakes that were individually looked like they had been tossed around, if they were supposed to have been in the small box that was open. The cupcakes that that were in the other three boxes, some were laying on side, icing from those cupcakes were now on the other cupcakes in the box. The whole presentation of what it should have been, it was not. The delivery driver stated that Cami Cupcakes gave him the boxed cupcakes without a carrying bag. Presentation is everything when it is your brand, obliviously, neither the employee nor the delivery driver didn't care, and it showed. The order was late on top of that. SN: Work on the presentation of your brand and speak with your employees about proper packaging for delivery orders. I will not order from this location again.
