Delivery was fine, but some issues with the order. 1) The plain croissants and ham croissants were mixed, and there was no way to tell them apart. Most people were okay with it, but both should be separated in the future. 2) We received one decaf and one regular coffee, when I ordered two regular coffee. This was a horrible mix-up because people need their coffee in the morning.

missing my entire order for my team retreat except for the coffee. would not replace the items I ordered because it would "take too long." will never use Caffe Ladro again. delivery driver was a total sweetheart about it; I hope she's doing well.
