The food arrived significantly later than the scheduled delivery time, causing major disruption to the event. Team members had already adjusted their schedules around the meal, and the delay resulted in a poor experience overall. While the food quality was acceptable once it arrived, the lateness was excessive and impacted the engagement considerably. Better communication regarding the delay would have been appreciated.

I've eaten here before outside of the catering and it was good. The lunch bags, I won't be purchasing again. 5 steak burrito bowls were delivered as burrito's.
