We'd like to see more effort from front of house to confirm order requests. We'd ordered 4 caffeinated and 2 decaf catering coffee cartons and received 6 unmarked cartons. When I called to confirm how to determine which is decaf, I was told "they just sent me 6 regular coffees, no decafs". We had to have them rush deliver. 2 decaf cartons which they were very good about getting to us, but the meetings had already started and there as some disruption involved with going into the meeting space to remedy. No issues with the delivery process itself.

As always, Cafe at Pharr is a hit with our office. The trays were adequate, but I would recommend that they group sandwiches alike is separate trays or have tent flags to identify the sandwiches. Not to worry because I will be ordering again.

The food was enjoyed by everyone. I have ordered from Cafe at Pharr several times and the feedback has always been good.
