The food is always good from here, but had a nightmare experience with the delivery driver, though the customer service was great.

They did not have 7 of the 14 cookie trays we ordered (even though we placed the order a week ahead of time). They did not call to let us know; they just shorted the order. Additionally, their driver was beyond clueless and did not know Manhattan directions at all. He did not speak very much English and would not listen to me when I tried to give him directions. All in all, a negative experience.
