I ordered some add-ons to my Thanksgiving meal. My order arrived on time, the delivery person was very courteous and the food was warm.

The greens and brussell sprouts were absolutely delicious. Just as good as in the restaurant. But the Lamb Balls were the hit. Guests gobbled them up and asked for more. And they were Halal!! So well seasoned, cooked to tender. Could have used more. Definitely coming back to Busboys & Poets for Christmas catering.

The food was good, my group enjoyed it, and my order was delivered on time, a little early. There were some small items missing like sides and sauces but I didn’t notice until I set everything up for my group and was kind of over it at that point so I let it be, but I would suggest that the caterer double checks everything in an order since it’s quite expensive. I would likely order again but call them to really make sure everything will be included.

Food was great, as per usual. There was a bit of a mix-up with the gluten-free sandwiches and they were very communicative, even re-sending new sandwiches immediately in order to rectify the issue.

Excellent service and food! No loss of flavor for the cost of convenience. Also, very accommodating, though reaching someone who could answer questions took a little bit. Will definitely order again.

Food was delicious, however we did not get the salad or the plates/cups/plasticware after paying $20 for it.
