Such great customer service! They were communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. The food was 10/10! I called for gluten free and dairy free adjustments and they made it happen with no problems! We will be considering them from future events!

This was delicious and my whole office loved it. GREAT onion rings - thick and battered (not breaded). Showed up on time and everything was still hot and fresh. Will def order again!

Food arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery. The individual boxes were tasty and nicely presented. We will surely be ordering again.

The food was tasty the restaurant seemed to be behind schedule, driver notified us 20 minutes before scheduled delivery that the order still was not ready. Arrived about 35 minutes later than requested time.

Update: Charlie from BurgerFi gave us a call and was very apologetic and sincere. While we can’t change the past, the conversation definitely made us feel heard, and he understood our frustration. We believe in second chances and will be giving BurgerFi another shot, especially since we’ve ordered in the past with no issues. 🙌🍔 Very disappointing service. An order for 90 meals was scheduled for delivery at 11:30 AM, yet the driver attempted delivery at 10:15 AM. This was fully verified by our on‑site security guard who checked the driver in at that time. When informed that the delivery was far too early and that we had no way to store or keep the food warm, we were told the driver had made a mistake and marked the order as delivered while “just picking it up.” The driver returned at the scheduled time of 11:30 AM, and unsurprisingly, the food was cold. This reflects a clear failure to follow the agreed delivery time and resulted in a completely unacceptable outcome.
