They somehow forgot both the cream cheese and the bagels in my order. I had to go purchase bagels in a rush. The did bring the cream cheese and bagels in the end but it was already when the event had started and it was awkward.

Difficult to pick up as the order was in paper bags. Unable validate whether the appropriate amount was received. There was not enough cream cheese for the 14 dozen bagels. I needed to repack everything as they were being delivered to several locations. The bagels are delicious.
