We initially received a call from our driver that advised the food wouldn't be ready for another hour with no additional details. Getting in touch with the restaurant was impossible as our calls went unanswered; even ezCater wasn't able to reach them. The driver was very professional and even offered to return to the restaurant once the food was ready. After about 45 minutes, we had a delivery of the catering order. The gentleman shared that unfortunately the Chef was in a car accident and while there was a significant delay, they were ultimately able to redeem the experience. The back-up Chef did their thing with the food! At the end, we found out it was the Restaurant Manager who delivered the food personally to our office and was extremely apologetic. The team enjoyed the food, and are excited for a new restaurant to be added to their rotation!

Our team loved the paella! Between the chicken + chorizo, and the veggie, chicken + chorizo was preferred for sure!

This was my first time ordering from Buena Vida, and they were amazing! Everyone loved their empanadas, and their delivery was quick and efficient. Will definitely order again!
