They failed to provide plates, napkins, etc as requested and they were late because the app got the driver lost on campus

I’m shocked because I really enjoy easy catering and I’ve never had a problem until this delivery to start. The order was almost 30 minutes late to an event which was really concerning because I’ve never had a late order from ezCater the second issue was I ordered three gluten-free pizzas and when the delivery driver got there, they said that the store stopped serving gluten-free pizza six months ago, but that The menu hadn’t been updated and you still have the ability to order it so not only did I lose money and they were late, but they did not have gluten-free pizzas and my gluten-free students could not eat very disappointed

Right on time and tasted amazing!! Staff really enjoyed it and took some home.

maybe delivered a little too early, but the food was hot and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful!
