The food was good and almost on time, 7 min late, The reason for 3 stars is that the restaurant boasts only a 5.99 delivery fee, but now also charges a “service fee” of 15%, which for my order was an additional $46. When I questioned this charge, Ezcater said the restaurant stated it was for ‘extra man power needed for larger orders’. It is also NOT part of the drivers tip. This restaurant should just charge a higher delivery fee instead of adding this service fee to the total. I will not use them again.
