Not the best experience, but honestly not the fault of the vendor but rather their delivery service. All of our cupcakes arranged damaged for our charity event. No apology was made by the person handing off the delivery, who clearly saw the damage. Really ruined our event but what we could salvage received great feedback. Cupcakes tasted good but didn't look good.
