We tried a large group order where everyone ordered their preferred item from the menu. Food quality was not up to par. Someone reported cold & hard waffle fries; one reported soggy fries, one reported rock-hard sandwich bread, etc. I normally don't get ANY negative feedback on lunch orders, so to receive it from multiple people means there was a valid issue. Order arrived at noon for an 11:45 delivery.
