I'm torn. The food was fantastic. We only received 5 of our 13 items. I called; I texted & I tried the online chat. The restaurant said that the driver picked up all of the food, the driver said they dropped off all of the food. The bag was labeled. We received "bag 1 of 2" with 5 sandwiches. I was then questioned if I checked inside the boxes for the bowls. They're small boxes, but yes, I did open them to see what was in there, no there were no bowls hidden inside the small boxes. Eventually after several '2 to 3' minute holds (which were actually 10 to 12 minutes each for a total of 34 minutes), they did re-make & delivering the rest of the order, but this was for a company meeting, so 2/3 of the company sat around watching 5 people eat. I scheduled the delivery for noon, the meeting started at 12:30, I try & plan a little wiggle room, but it was not enough for today. Great food, but delivery & customer service failure.
