The food was absolutely delicious and arrived on time — they handled our large order of 235 bowls without a hitch. I'm docking one star because the bowls themselves aren't individually labeled; only the paper shopping bags they're delivered in are labeled, which makes distributing meals to a large crowd a bit tricky. If they could print labels for the lids of each bowl, it would be perfect.
