The order was late. They use their own delivery drivers, so you will not receive updates for tracking through ezCater. I had to call customer service to make sure they were still on their way. When they showed up, they had everything but the "cheeseless" pizza that was specifically ordered to cater to a dietary need of someone in my office. I even followed up with them shortly before delivery time to make sure they wouldn't forget it, and they still did. I had to scramble to have one delivered from elsewhere, which might've been ok had the order at least come on time.

I specifically asked for the pizza to be carefully cut into pieces, i.e. not stuck together. This was not done.

So, the food was awesome - great sandwiches, awesome cookies. But there were ZERO options for drinks on the menu, which is a dealbreaker. There was no mention that boxed lunches came with drinks, but lo and behold - they were in the boxes. That's great, but we didn't get to choose what we wanted! And there was NO option for bottled water, which is a true disappointment. If Bozzelli's is willing to update their EZCater menu to include waters and beverages, we'll definitely order again. Otherwise, it's a tough situation to not have anything to drink for our guests during a meeting. Hope this is rectified!
