3 stars because the bagels and pastries were great (especially the GF bagels). I'll order again because of that. However, the delivery driver was 15 minutes late, because he thought he would arrive on time, so he "sat" for 30 mins (what he told the customer service rep). He was incredibly rude when he dropped off the food, saying he sat in traffic for an hour and a half, even though I saw him not moving on the map.
