Some of the glass drinks were packaged in plastic carrying cases, but most were stacked two rows deep in a reused cardboard box from the store’s inventory. The delivery driver was pleasant and met us outside, but we noticed the bottom of the box was already wet when it was handed to us. While carrying it inside, the bottom gave out and several of the glass jars fell and shattered in our office. We specifically ordered from this business because we liked the glass containers, so it was disappointing that they were packaged so poorly for transport. We ended up with broken glass and spilled boba throughout the office for the rest of the day.

Boba was presentable and everything in the order looked great - amazing vendor and EZ Cater was accomodating.

This is my 2nd time getting boba bear and students love it. people can reuse the bear cup. drinks were good!
