The Santa Ana location did not have my order ready. My meeting started at 12 and the food did not arrive until 12:30. The driver said he had to sit and wait for the order to be completed. I purposely put my order in 2 days ahead to avoid this. The food was great, and everyone loved it the Santa Ana store was just not reliable.
