Incredibly disappointed in this order. The catering did not supply nearly enough utensils for even the 50 person original count and NO serving utensils were provided which is totally unacceptable as half the meal was large serving trays of rice and beans and mixed vegetables. It made for a big hold up and really bad look at the end of a long day when they were all looking forward to the lunch portion.
