I ordered a bountiful platter, which was supposed to come with pastry and donuts. But they only arrived with just donuts, no coffee, creamers or anything. I was able to call the store directly and contact with ezCater to help me with everything they were able to adjust it, but it was very inconvenience because I had guests on site. The bagels only arrive with just bagels, no cream cheese or anything so I had to call the store and had them fix it as well. Luckily they were able to arrive within 30 minutes, but still extremely unsatisfied with the whole process. They fix the problem so I will give them that!

The catering was a great addition to our event! We had a couple of different options available, which gave everyone something to enjoy.
