Blackbird Doughnuts Catering

We ordered the assortment of bagels, coffee, fruit, donuts and pastries. Only bagels, coffee, and fruit were delivered. Manager agrued with me about what was delivered and then refused to send someone back out with the rest of our order. Staff were very disappointed and we only got a partial refund will never order from here again.

food was well liked and easy; i like that you can just order one item and have enough for the entire meeting

We were really looking forward to a mix of blackbird doughnuts and bagels as well as their coffee! Unfortunately the doughnuts were not included in the AM Assortment as described and cream cheese/toppings for the bagels were not included either - we ended up having someone run to the student center to grab donuts from dunkin, and cream cheese from the on campus grocery store. I was able to get in touch through text with the delivery driver and they responded quickly with what to do next.

I ordered a bountiful platter, which was supposed to come with pastry and donuts. But they only arrived with just donuts, no coffee, creamers or anything. I was able to call the store directly and contact with ezCater to help me with everything they were able to adjust it, but it was very inconvenience because I had guests on site. The bagels only arrive with just bagels, no cream cheese or anything so I had to call the store and had them fix it as well. Luckily they were able to arrive within 30 minutes, but still extremely unsatisfied with the whole process. They fix the problem so I will give them that!

The catering was a great addition to our event! We had a couple of different options available, which gave everyone something to enjoy.
