I'm very disappointed with Black Tap. I ordered a large tray of Hot Chicken sandwiches and a large tray of Pesto Chicken sandwiches, advertised to serve 20 persons each. I received 1 tray of each containing 12 half sandwiches. I assumed this was a simple mistake and tried to reach out to Black Tap for a fix. They did not answer my back to back phone calls and I had to scramble to find lunch to make up for what was missing. The images at the time contained full sandwiches and there was no mention of half sandwiches in the description. EZ Cater provided a partial refund after reaching out to them, but Black Tap still never acknowledged the issue. I STILL don't know if what was sent was intentional or a mistake.
