Lunch from this restaurant is consistently fresh, flavorful, and reliable, which is why we order regularly. However, on this particular occasion, our experience fell short of expectations. Our order was not filled correctly, and the mistake was only discovered after the driver was already en route. When I contacted EZ Cater to inquire about the delayed delivery, I learned that the restaurant had called the driver back upon realizing the error with our order. Unfortunately, this information was never communicated to me, resulting in our originally requested 11:45 AM delivery being pushed back to 12:30 PM. While I appreciate the effort to correct the mistake, better communication would have helped manage expectations and minimize disruption.
