Overall the flavors and the tastes were very good. I was disappointed with the presentation of the sandwiches coming in tin foil pans and the DoorDash delivery.

If I believed in love at first sight, it happened when I saw that beautifully crafted charcuterie from Bite by Bite. Forget “bite by bite”—I nearly inhaled the whole thing in one go. This wasn’t just a delivery; it was an edible work of art. The presentation? Flawless. It looked so good, I almost felt bad eating it... almost. The assortment was a symphony of meats, cheeses, crackers, and those fancy little garnishes that say, “Yes, you’re fancy now.”

The product that was delivered was fantastic, it was beautiful and delicious. My issue comes from the fact I was handed instructions on how to drop off the platters the food was served on after my event. Nowhere on EZcater website, the confirmation email, or throughout the checkout process did it state I would have to return all dishes the meal was served on. Nor was I given the option to purchase the dishes as it stated on the contract I was required to sign when the food was dropped off. I signed the contract because my event was happening in less than an hour and I did not want to disappoint my guests. It was a shame such a thoughtful and beautiful platter was over shadowed by dishonest and misleading business practices. I would appreciate an explanation and would hope to see this business model updated to be more transparent about the expectations.
