The food was 50 minutes late. When it didn't arrive on time, I used the EZCater Chat setting, they contacted the restaurant and were told the food was 15-20 minutes away. When the food didn't show up after 20 minutes, I contacted the chat again and was told the food was now 8 minutes away. The food was delivered 50 minutes late AND an entire platter of pastries was crushed.

Yummy food. Only surprise was I asked for 8:15am delivery and it arrived at 7:45am. Early is typically good, but I had not arrived at the office quite yet. I was 5 min away.
