The long hot peppers with potatoes and onions were excellent and easily the highlight of the order. The honey-baked chicken was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The orzo and cranberry salad was decent but fairly basic, and the mixed green salad was very simple, mostly greens, tomato, and onion. Unfortunately, the pasta salad was quite dry and lacked flavor. On the plus side, the portions were very generous, and there was plenty of food for the group.

This was by far one of the best lunches I've ever ordered. The food was absolutely delicious. The trays of eggplant Parmesan, and chicken Parmesan were a big hit.

Excellent catering experience! The food arrived on time, was well-packaged, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The panini tray offered a great variety, and the Kobe glazed beef skewers were a standout favorite. The sausage with broccoli rabe, balsamic chicken with mushrooms, cheese tortellini Alfredo, salad, potato croquettes, and steamed vegetables were all delicious and received great feedback from our team.

The ribs were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meat practically fell off the bone, and the sauce struck a great balance between sweet and tangy without being overpowering.
