Our team at West Chester was looking for something different from the usual vendors. I liked the reviews for Biggby's cold coffee bar. I appreciated the option to select ice, cooler, and whipped cream for a minimal up charge. Delivery person was kind and patient (I was at the later end of our delivery window to receive). We only received 1 cold coffee box ($27+) and 1 hot coffee box ($19+). There was not setup, just unloading onto my cart outside. For the cost of beverages, it really should have been clearer about what to expect. Pictures of setup would be so helpful. Positive guest feedback on the flavor.

Always fresh and on time, items were clearly marked and easily identifiable plus all supplies needed were included

I had never ordered from Biggby Coffee before but I sure am glad I did. Guest commented the food was fresh, hot and delicious. May I add the order was received on time!!!!!!! That's really appreciated in meeting set-up deadlines and not carrying food in while everyone is waiting. The driver was very friendly as well. I will place future orders. :-)

Owner himself came and set up and was helpful and professional
