This was easy from start to finish. Arrived on time and order was correct.

The order was 20 minutes late! Was apparently some power issues due to an overnight storm; the store and the driver knew it was going to be late, but no one shared that with me. Also, the packaging was very odd. Bagels were individually wrapped in foil, already had cream cheese on them, but had no labels indicating the bagel type. Bananas were individually wrapped with foil, which looks really weird. No plates, napkins, or silverware were provided. Would not recommend for an office meeting.

Whats not to love! We placed the order for the earliest slot available but the restaurant was able to accommodate and have prepared sooner for our 24-hour operation. Food was great! Everyone enjoyed. Will be ordering again with Biggby in the future.
