Big View Diner Catering

This was our first time ordering from Big View Diner for a hot breakfast, and we were pleased with both the selection and the taste. There were, however, two areas that could have been better. The food had cooled by the time everyone on the team had been served, so I would recommend using warming trays to help keep it hot. I also ordered one serving each of turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Since turkey bacon was unavailable, we received two servings of turkey sausage instead. I would have appreciated a call to discuss the substitution, as I would have chosen one serving of pork bacon rather than a second serving of turkey sausage. Overall, it was a good experience, with a couple of opportunities to make it even better.
