They were over 30 minutes late. They didn't give tracking so I was scrambling to figure out an ETA or even what to do. I'm thankful for the ezcater rep, Larissa, who called the caterer, she got the run around from them, then finally got hold of the manager. I finally got a call from the delivery guy that they arrived but needed a cart. I went down 27 flights to find the Italian beef had leaked out everywhere. I had to take everything up and set it up myself. Found that the dressings and giardiniera had broken and leaked everywhere in the bags. The food was fine but not worth ordering from them again after the late delivery, hassle, and mess.

Big Mama kitchen was born a success. Everything was perfect. The taste of the food yummy. And the temperature was just right.

Warm, tasty, huge selection of the Chicago Package. I also ordered the brownies. The only thing I missed were the utensils/plate/napkins. I honestly can't recall ordering from restaurants that don't provide these essentials. It is necessary. I definitely did not see where I had to purchase these items for .49 per person. That's a rip off. Just add that price to the price of the food if you feel that the customers need to pay for it. SMH. I probably will not order from this place again due to that inconvenience. The delivery person was excellent and communicated with me.
