Our construction team loves Big Dave's. We've ordered several times from Big Dave's. Somehow, our order was scheduled for takeout instead of delivery and we wound up having to go pick up the order at last minute. We tried all morning from 8:00 a.m. until time of delivery to reach the vendor, to no avail. We then sent someone to the location to pick up the order. I'm not sure what happened to our order becoming pick up status. I'm not holding that against Big Dave's; however, it would be nice if they would answer their phones during catering hours.

I tried the platters and it was a great decision. We got plenty of food and it was hot. The sandwiches were very delicious.
