This was our 1st time ordering, and it did not fail. The food was delicious. It did deliver 15 minutes late, but the driver was quick to help get it set up.

We used Big Burger Spot to cater a Burger Bar for our Employee Appreciation Day Luncheon for 200 people and let me say, the food was phenomenal! All the pans came labeled and with serving utensils. They also provided all paper products, which was awesome! The burgers were still warm when they were delivered! My ONLY complaint comes from the delivery driver. He was very unprofessional and kept asking numerous times if we could give him a burger or if he could buy a burger from us, which made me very uncomfortable. I will be clear that he was a Door Dash driver, so my input on him does not reflect on Big Burger Spot.

I love Big Burger Spot but this wasn’t their best showing. No cups. Instead of plates they left bowls for a burger bar. No cheese for the burgers. Chicken was chewy and hard to cut.
