Our staff was not a fan, felt that it was plain. The boxes were not labeled properly and we got the wrong order.

The Bagel was great. I love their Bagels. I ordered the Roast Beef Bagel Sandwich. It literally only had 2 thin slices of roast beef. The menu description said it came with Horseradish. It did, but it was a packaged like it came from a gas station or a fast food restaurant. The veggies were fresh and I did appreciate however. The Bagel and veggies are the only thing that saved Big Apple Bagels from getting only one Star. I preordered this cater the day before for 7 people. The delivery was 30 minutes late. Our lunch is 30 minutes, so I had to completely reschedule the remainder of the afternoon. I will still stop and get the occasional Bagel, but I will never use Big Apple for catering again.
