Caterer arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled delivery time. They didn’t contact me (listed POC and instructed to contact me on arrival) and they set up without me knowing. Although I understand the thought in being early, the delivery time was intentionally set for my clients needs and myself. Pretty disappointed in the delivery process.
